I offer 15-minute phone consultations free of charge. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions about my approach and share a bit about your experience and what you are hoping to gain from therapy. A consultation can be helpful in determining if this therapeutic relationship will be the right fit for you and your counselling goals.

Please contact me directly to book; consultations are not available through the online booking portal.
